We are seeking an ambitious Sales Manager to accelerate client acquisition, grow settlement volumes, and strengthen corridor activity within our Digital Assets business line. This role is hands-on and results-driven - ideal for someone with a strong network across PSPs, OTC traders, crypto exchanges, or financial institutions who can drive business volume directly into Lightnet’s network. You will own the full sales lifecycle — from prospecting and negotiation to onboarding and activation — and will play a key role in achieving the company’s TPV and revenue targets.


Business Development & Revenue Growth

  • Acquire new clients and partners across PSPs, OTC desks, exchanges, and remittance firms.
  • Drive cross-border settlement volume and liquidity into Lightnet’s stablecoin and payment rails.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: From lead generation, proposal, and negotiation to contract and onboarding.
  • Meet or exceed assigned monthly and quarterly Total Payment Volume (TPV) and Net Revenue Contribution (NRC) targets.
  • Identify and pursue new corridor opportunities (e.g., THB↔PHP, PHP↔IDR, CNY/CNH, SGD corridors).

Account Management & Relationship Building

  • Maintain and grow relationships with key institutional clients and partners.
  • Ensure successful onboarding and operational readiness with Treasury, Compliance, and Onboarding teams.
  • Work closely with Product and Operations to improve partner experience and address client needs.

Market Intelligence & Collaboration

  • Monitor competitive activity, partner feedback, and emerging market trends in digital assets and cross-border payments.
  • Contribute to corridor strategy, pricing optimization, and market expansion initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Commercial leadership to execute go-to-market campaigns and partnership launches.

Qualifications

  • 5–10 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management within fintech, FX/payments, or digital assets.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and volume targets.
  • Strong network across OTC trading desks, PSPs, remittance firms, or exchanges.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills; able to handle complex deals independently.
  • Understanding of stablecoins, FX, cross-border settlement, and liquidity management preferred.
  • Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-moving, execution-driven environment.
  • Fluent in English (Mandarin, Thai, Tagalog, Bahasa, or other Asian languages a plus).
