Overview
Lightnet Group connects partners to cross-border payment rails through regulated entities in Thailand, Singapore, Lithuania, Dubai and Ireland. The Platform Integration Specialist is the hands-on technical person who makes those connections work.Where the Integration Managers own the partner relationship and the timeline, the Specialist owns the technical product execution: getting partners through sandbox, testing, certification and go-live, and resolving the issues that come up once traffic is live. This is a practical role for someone who likes reading API logs, reproducing a failed transaction, and explaining the fix clearly to a partner's developers.
Task and Responsibilities
Technical onboarding
- Guide partner developers through Lightnet's APIs, authentication, webhooks and sandboxenvironment
- Run technical kick-off ff sessions and answer integration questions quickly and accurately
- Translate partner requirements into clear technical tickets for Engineering
Testing and certification
- Design and run test cases covering payment flows, FX, error handling, refunds and edge cases
- Coordinate UAT AT with partners and sign off ff certification against Lightnet's integration standards
- Verify settlement and reconciliation outputs before go-live
Go-live and live support
- Support production cutover and monitor early live traffic
- Investigate failed or delayed transactions using logs and API traces, and drive them to resolution
- Act as second-line technical support for live partners, escalating to Engineering with a cleardiagnosis
Documentation and improvement
- Maintain integration guides, test packs and partner-specific configuration records
- Keep audit-ready records of what was tested and approved for each entity
- Spot repeated issues across partners and suggest fixes that reduce future integration effffort
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years in a technical integration, implementation, solutions or technical support role, ideallyin payments, banking or fintech
- Payments knowledge: settlement, reconciliation, FX, ISO 20022 or SWIFT messaging
- Hands-on with REST APIs, JSON, Webhooks and authentication (OAuth, API keys, signing); comfortable in Postman or similar
- Able to read logs and trace a transaction across systems to find where it failed
- Basic SQL for checking transaction and reconciliation data
- Clear written and spoken English, including explaining technical issues to non-technical people
- Organised enough to run several partner integrations in parallel without dropping detail
- Experience working with partners across difffferent time zones and regulatory environments
Work day to day with: Product (Integration) lead, Engineering, Operations and Treasury forsettlement and reconciliation, and partner technical teams.
