Tasks & Responsibilities

• Take lead of scrum teams as the Product Owner.
• Provide vision, direction, and product roadmap for the LQN cross-border remittance service.
• Manage stakeholders and their expectations, aligning product development with business objectives.
• Define product vision, growth opportunities, and prioritize the product feature backlog and development.
• Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work focuses on maximum business value.
• Understand how LQN system works and manage configuration data and integration logics for Hub and Spoke model\
• Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of user stories, ensuring the development team has an adequate amount of prepared tasks.
• Lead product release planning and set expectations for the delivery of new functionalities.
• Actively mitigate impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals.
• Research and analyze the market, users, competitors, and industry trends within the cross-border remittance space.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a technology-related or business field
• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role.
• 3–4 years of working experience in a technical or business analysis role is strongly preferred.
• 2-3 years of experience working in the finance and payment industries.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in both English and Thai.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a good understanding of financial products and business goals.
• High energy, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a dynamic startup environment.
