Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Recruitment Manager to lead our talent acquisition efforts in Singapore and across the SEA region. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset for sourcing top-tier talent, a hands-on approach to managing recruitment partnerships, and a solid understanding of employment compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Recruitment: Lead the fulllifecycle recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to offernegotiation.
- Headhunter Management: Act as the primarypoint of contact for external headhunting firms and recruitment agencies,ensuring high-quality pipelines and managing service level agreements(SLAs).
- Contract Management: Oversee the preparation and issuance ofemployment contracts, ensuring all terms comply with local labor laws.
- Regional Expansion: Support hiring initiatives acrossSoutheast Asia, identifying local talent trends and challenges.
- Compliance: Maintain up-to-date knowledge ofSingapore's Ministry of Manpower (MOM) (or Thailand's labor laws) regulationsand regional employment practices.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 5 to 12 years of professional experiencein talent acquisition or HR.
- Agency Management: Proven track record of managing externalheadhunting firms and recruitment vendors effectively.
- Legal Literacy: Direct experience in drafting andreviewing employment contracts and legal hiring documents.
- Location: Ability to work full-time in Singapore(or Thailand).
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
- Industry Experience: Prior recruitment experience within theFintech or banking or Web 3 sector.
- Regional Expertise: Experience hiring for markets such asThailand, the Philippines, Indonesia or Hong Kong.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced,high-growth environment.
