Role Overview
The Senior HR Executive supports Lightnet’s rapid growth by managing end-to-end HR operations, talent acquisition, employee relations, and compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Compliance
- Support recruitment across commercial, tech, compliance, and operations roles.
- Coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding logistics.
- Partner with hiring managers to ensure timely and quality hires.
Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
- Grow and retain existing institutional relationships.
- Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities across corridors and products.
- Coordinate onboarding with Compliance, Operations, and Treasury teams
People & Culture
- Support performance review cycles and compensation processes.
- Act as a point of contact for employee relations matters.
- Assist in HR initiatives related to culture, engagement, and learning.

Skills & Qualifications
- 5–8 years of HR experience, preferably in fintech, tech, or financial services.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations and labor regulations.
- Experience supporting multi-country or regional teams is a plus.
- High attention to detail and confidentiality.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluent in English; Thai language preferred.
