Role Overview
The Senior Sales Manager drives institutional client acquisition and transaction volume across Lightnet’s digital asset settlement network. This is a hands-on role covering the full sales lifecycle, from origination to onboarding and volume ramp-up.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Acquire institutional clients including OTC desks, exchanges, PSPs, and financial platforms.
- Drive settlement volume through Lightnet’s stablecoin and fiat rails.
- Manage end-to-end sales cycles: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closing.
Account Management
- Grow and retain existing institutional relationships.
- Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities across corridors and products.
- Coordinate onboarding with Compliance, Operations, and Treasury teams
Market Intelligence
- Track competitor activity, corridor trends, and regulatory developments.
- Provide structured feedback to Product and Commercial leadership.
Skills & Qualifications
- 5–10 years of experience in fintech, payments, FX, or digital assets sales.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed TPV and revenue targets.
- Strong institutional network across Asia.Comfortable managing complex, compliance-heavy sales processes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in English; additional Asian languages a plus
