Senior Sales Manager (Digital Assets)

Role Overview

The Senior Sales Manager drives institutional client acquisition and transaction volume across Lightnet’s digital asset settlement network. This is a hands-on role covering the full sales lifecycle, from origination to onboarding and volume ramp-up.



Key Responsibilities

Business Development

    • Acquire institutional clients including OTC desks, exchanges, PSPs, and financial platforms.
    • Drive settlement volume through Lightnet’s stablecoin and fiat rails.
    • Manage end-to-end sales cycles: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closing.


Account Management

    • Grow and retain existing institutional relationships.
    • Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities across corridors and products.
    • Coordinate onboarding with Compliance, Operations, and Treasury teams

Market Intelligence

    • Track competitor activity, corridor trends, and regulatory developments.
    • Provide structured feedback to Product and Commercial leadership.

Skills & Qualifications

    • 5–10 years of experience in fintech, payments, FX, or digital assets sales.
    • Proven ability to meet or exceed TPV and revenue targets.
    • Strong institutional network across Asia.Comfortable managing complex, compliance-heavy sales processes.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    • Fluent in English; additional Asian languages a plus
